Q. What are the prizes for this promotion?
A. Trip for winner and one (1) adult guest (aged at least 18 years old or the age of majority in his/her place of residence where it is older than 18) for either: (1) A “around the world trip” with one (1) stop in each of the following countries: England, Thailand and Mexico or (2) a trip to one of the countries (winner’s choice of England, Thailand or Mexico). Winner will receive a check for $14,914 which winner may choose to use towards payment of any federal or state income taxes that may be due as a result of winner’s acceptance of the Grand Prize.

Q. How do I enter the promotion?
A. You can enter by visiting flavorvote.mms.com.
Q. How many times can I enter the promotion?
A. You may enter once per day.
Q. How many prizes could I win?
A. There is a limit of one prize per person.
Q. How old do I need to be to enter the Sweepstakes?
A. You must be 18 years or older to be entered into the Sweepstakes after you vote for your favorite flavor. However, if you are aged 13 - 17, you may come to site and vote for your favorite new flavor every day.
Q. How will I know if I'm the big sweepstakes winner?
A. The grand prize drawing will be held on or around 5/21/19. The winner will be notified via email from the contact information provided upon registration. Once the winner is confirmed, an official win list will be posted. A direct link to this list can be found in the Official Rules.
Q. I got a message that I've already entered today, but I haven't. What should I do?
A. Make sure you are visiting https://flavorvote.mms.com/ directly rather than through a bookmarked page in your browser. Also, please try to clear cookies and the cache on your Internet browser.
Q. I think I'm having technical issues. What should I do?
A. Sometimes it's a simple thing such as updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have an updated version of Chrome®, Internet Explorer®, Firefox®, or Safari®. Also, you might want to check your browser preferences section to be sure that JavaScript® is enabled. Clearing your cache and cookies also helps in this instance.
Q. I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
A. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive, we are unable to change registration information. If you do win the prize during the promotional period and your contact information does change, contact customercare@helloworldfulfillment.com and provide your updated information.

Q. Why can't I use my P.O. box address to register or claim my prize?
A. Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
